The PCD Annual Research Meeting is scheduled to take place in Amsterdam on 26th September 2025.
This important event is jointly organised by BEAT-PCD (Better Experimental Approaches to Treat Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia) and ERN-Lung (European Reference Network for Rare Respiratory Diseases). The meeting brings together a vibrant and multidisciplinary network of researchers, clinicians, healthcare professionals and patient advocacy representatives dedicated to advancing understanding and care in Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia (PCD), a rare genetic disorder affecting ciliary function. The network’s collaborative efforts span from basic scientific research to clinical practice, with the goal of improving diagnosis and developing therapies that enhance long-term outcomes for individuals living with PCD. Over the years, this annual meeting has grown steadily in scope and significance and is today a key reference point in the field. We anticipate welcoming approximately 200 participants to Amsterdam, marking a new chapter in the meeting’s growth and international engagement.
